From registration to disbursement
Your progress percentage updates as you complete each section, and your dashboard always shows the current stage of your application.
Create and verify your account
Tell us your employment status, provide your National ID / Maisha Card number or birth certificate entry number, your names, email and a secure password. We email you a verification code — enter it to activate the account.
Personal information
Your name and identification number are carried forward automatically. Add your county, passport photo, marital status, religion and any physical challenge.
Institution
Search your institution from our controlled database, choose your joining year and mode of education, and enter your registration/admission number (minimum 25 characters).
Parents / guardian
Select your family category — both parents, single parent, orphan, guardian care or institutional care — and provide the required contacts, documentation and employment details.
Questions and final review
Answer the sponsorship, income, dependents and community service questions, then review your entire profile and confirm the declaration. Your profile is then locked.
Pay and submit
Pay the KSh 49 processing fee with an M-PESA STK push to your verified phone. Once payment is verified we generate your application number and submit your application.
